I. TERMS

1. Standard licence royalty free is called “standard RF licence” in this agreement.
2. Picture – one picture recorded as file or collection of pictures recorded as files on CD, sent by e-mail or downloaded from www.bestphoto4u.e-edytor.com
3. Licensee – Krzysztof Kowalik, ul. Średnia 20, 25-650 Kielce, Poland. Krzysztof Kowalik is the owner of all pictures, own all rights, including the copyrights in and to the images located at www.bestphoto4u.e-edytor.com
4. User of picture – person purchases law to use picture, is called “user” in this agreement:

5. Only user can use licensed picture.
6. Licence payment – transfer money to indicated licensee bank account. Transferring user`s money confirms acceptance of this standard RF licence.
7. All pictures on the website are protected by Polish law and international copyright laws and treaties.

III. CONDITIONS OF USING PICTURE

1. Your rights to use any picture are subject to this standard RF licence and are conditioned upon your licence payment.
2. The picture may be used only for non-commercial purposes: user can not make money using picture and goods with picture.
3. By this standard RF licence, licensee grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use picture.
4. User must not: to resell, to redistribute picture, to be sub-licensee, to transfer licence to another person, firm, organization.
5. User is in charge of using picture in accordance to the user`s country law (obscenity, drugs, medicine, religion etc.).

IV. FINAL STATEMENT

1. User agrees to take all commercially responsible steps to prevent third parties from duplicating any picture.
2. In the ivent THAT YOU BREACH ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS STANDARD RF LICENCE WITH KRZYSZTOF KOWALIK, LICENSEE SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENCE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. User must destroy all copies of picture.
3. All actions, controversies and disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be heard and decided exclusively before the courts located within the court in Kielce, Poland.
